FAQ's - Frequently Asked Questions

🔘 What's the best way to contact Hart Wood Co.?

Please use our "Contact Us" form, which can be found at the bottom of our shop pages.

🔘 Why is it taking so long for Hart Wood Co. to respond to my message?

It is just my husband, Bret, and I (Kerri) running the shop, with the occasional help from our two teen sons. We try to balance our business and family time the best we can. Sometimes we might be a few days behind in responding to messages, but we do try our best to get back to our customers ASAP!

🔘 Ugh; I provided the wrong address for my order! How can I change the address?

1. Contact our shop with the correct address and we will update it when we print out your shipping label.

2. We can cancel your order. Then, you can reorder the items with the correct shipping address.

🔘 Do you offer local pickup as an option?

Unfortunately, local pickup is not an option at this time.

🔘 Do you ship outside of the USA?

At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of the USA.

🔘 My package was marked as delivered, but I didn't actually receive it. What should I do?

Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. If you receive a delivery notification, but have not actually received your package, here is what we suggest:

1. USPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day.

2. Contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS will generally provide helpful information.
